![]() ![]() In short, it's worth the 1,000 points, and there's plenty to do once completing the game, as there is a full range of achievements that sound addicting and difficult. Definitely top ten though, maybe even top five. The internet seems to be going crazy about this one, saying stuff like, " If you only download one WiiWare title in your Wii-owning lifetime, this week's release of indie PC game And Yet It Moves from developer Broken Rules would be a damn fine choice." While I would agree that the game is great, I'm not sure it's the best game on the service. Therein lies the challenge of such events. Checkpoint characters point where you are supposed to go next, but sometimes it's difficult to know where to go in between the checkpoints when you've spun around so much. This shows that a lot of thought went into the level designs, which are quite difficult to wrap your head around at times. I just wish these events were more prevalent, but I'm only in chapter 2. When doing this you can easily put the character in danger and not know it because you're focusing on something else, but most of the time the level encloses the main character somewhat so you can really get to spinning. Getting enemies to get smacked with their own projectiles is one example, and is a lot of fun. Utilizing gravity to get where you are going is most of the game, but there are some elements that appear, like enemies and webs, that you use gravity more interestingly. Momentum is your worst enemy and best friend in the game. The game's premise involves freezing and then spinning the world to get around and overcome obstacles. It has more to do with lack of practice then poor control though. I found it easiest to use the Wiimote sideways, but it was still difficult to get the hang of the control in certain areas. In the game you can use multiple play styles, including the classic controller. Revolutionary Fun: With hundreds of microgames, this game is just as wild as youd expect from the name WarioWare, but the game play has been revolutionized. Still, I think it's just the style they chose, which is interesting and refreshing. I like that the main character and the entire world he moves in is made of paper, but I would like them to utilize that aspect a little more. Just picked this up on WiiWare and I like it a lot. And Yet it Moves developed by Broken Rules, 1000 Wii points ($10). ![]()
